Items offered for sale
We offer items for sale only if we are holding the stock, sometimes an item can run out if it is very popular and we will endeavor to amend the website as soon as this is possible. Should the product you order be unavailable for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone to advise. We will offer an immediate refund for the amount or replace with another product. Please let us know. If we discover an error in the pricing of goods we will contact you by telephone or email to re confirm the order at the correct price.

When you register with us as a customer all the information you provide is taken as the latest and most up to date information. If any of the information changes please amend the relevent details in the my account section of the website. When placing your order online an automatic email with be sent to you to confirm receipt. Once the email has been acknowledged we will check if all the products are available if so a confirmation email will be sent to you with details and date of dispatch.

Payment is taken when the order is placed through the website via debit or credit card. Please call us if you wish to make a payment by BACS full details will be supplied. Goods will only be dispatched when full payment has been received. The prices stated on the website are subject to VAT, this will be added to the order on the payment page.

We take our credit card security very seriously and therefore we have chosen the partnership of  Sage Pay and Lloydstsb’s Cardnet to deal with credit card/debit card transactions.
