Returns Policy

In order to ensure our customers receive the best level of service Shearsweets offers a returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with sweets delivered.

 

Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any circumstance that we have no control over. Therefore please ensure all goods are stored correctly after purchase to keep them at their best. We cannot except returns that have been tampered with or opened. Items made specially cannot be refunded.

 

Shearsweets should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order of any part is unsatisfactory. Shearsweets cannot issue refunds on unwanted goods. Refunds/exchanges will be offered on items that are faulty. No additional compensation will be available on goods returned.

 We will from time to time replace an item if the existing item ordered is out of stock and we have a suitable replacement: similar product same price etc.

Should you change your mind regarding your order and you have not received confirmation or been invoiced for your goods a full refund will be paid to you minus  £2.00 for handling.

Should you change you mind after you have been invoiced and the goods have been packed but not yet left our Unit we will refund all monies due minus a £5.00 handling fee.

Should you change your mind and the above actions have been carried out and the carriage has been arranged with Parcelforce the above conditions will apply and no refund of the postage will be given as this action would already have been carried out.
